CANCELATION POLICIES

Please take into consideration the following information in order to avoid penalty fees in your reservation         

  1. If your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, it can be canceled up to 24 hours before arrival date without any additional fee, before 12:00 (CST).
  2. Guests can make use of the room from 3:00 p.m. onwards.
  3. The deadline for entering the room (being guaranteed) is stipulated one hour before the expiration of this (12:00 pm).
  4. When the reservation is not guaranteed by credit card, it will be subject to availability from 1:00 P.M. the day of arrival.
  5. In the event of a No Show (non-arrival), the charge equivalent to one night’s stay with taxes included will be made on the guarantee card.
  6. The undersigned whose signature appears at the bottom, in my name and of all the people who stay here with me, release HOTEL FUJITAYA and any of its affiliated, linked or associated controlling companies from all responsibility and any kind of claim based in any event, whether while practicing sports or other activity in swimming pools, walkways or hotel areas, or for not having used due care and caution at all times, or for participating in activities operated leased or directed by concessionaires or licensees, or due to the lack of observance of hotel warnings, or attributable to excess alcohol or drugs, or in relation to money, valuables, jewelry, objects and documents that have not been deposited in the safe deposit boxes that the hotel has at the disposal of its guests in the rooms.
  7. The signer agrees to submit to and abide by the applicable regulations that govern the standards and conduct within our facilities, which are listed.

7.1.    The rooms must be delivered at the guest’s departure at 12:00 p.m. (Check out). 

7.2.    We recommend using the safe box in your room.

7.3.    The hotel is not responsible for the loss of jewelry, money or other valuables in your room that is not inside the safe box.

7.4.   Guests are prohibited from spending the night in the room and / or making excessive use of its services.

7.5.   All guests are invited to remain silent after 22:00.

7.6.   The hotel pools are for the exclusive use of guests.

7.7.   By official provision of the government of Mexico, guests must wear mouth covers at all times while in public areas until further notice by the authorities.

7.8.    It is requested to dress appropriately when eating food in the Restaurant and to walk in the corridors  or stairs.

7.9.    Pets of any kind are not accepted within the hotel facilities.

7.10.  The services provided by third parties: babysitters, tour and travel agencies, taxis, car rental, doctors,    etc., are not the responsibility of this hotel.

7.11.  Help us to preserve the environment, turn off the lights and other electrical / electronic equipment when not in use, turn off the water faucets before leaving the room.

7.12.  GENERAL LAW FOR TOBACCO CONTROL 11.- By official provision, the Law published in the Diario Oficial de la Federation on May 30, 2008 in Chapter I, Article 6 mentions 100% smoke-free space is that physical area closed with access to the public or any interior workplace or public transport, where for reasons of public order and social interest it is prohibited to smoke, consume or keep any tobacco product lit. Chapter III, Article 26. Anyone is prohibited from consuming or keeping any tobacco product lit in 100% smoke-free spaces. In case of non-compliance with the GENERAL LAW FOR THE CONTROL OF TOBACCO in 100% smoke-free areas, non-compliance with the precepts of this Law, its regulations and other provisions that emanate from it will be administratively sanctioned by the health authorities, without prejudice of the penalties that correspond when they constitute crimes, as indicated in the Seventh Title, of the Sanctions Single Chapter, Articles 45, 46, 47. I, II, III and Articles 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55 HOTEL FUJITAYA, will make a direct charge to your room for $ 1,500.00 MXN plus taxes for cleaning and deodorizing the affected space.

7.13.    HOTEL FUJITAYA does not carry out any extra charge for room service or payments with credit card or debit card.

7.14.   It is forbidden to carry out any act that causes damage or harm to the Hotel or other guests, or conduct  contrary to decorum or good social behavior.

 7.15.  Our establishment is committed to the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Girls, Boys           and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector, so any activity that involves a presumed case of sexual or labor exploitation of children and adolescents will activate the execution of our action protocol and will respond to the law within the framework of current regulations. By virtue of the fact that the company Attractive and Innovative Residence Juriquilla S.A. de C.V. owns the trade name “FUJITAYA” and the services are provided in the Mexican Republic, the signatory agrees to submit specifically to the jurisdiction or competence of the courts or authorities of the Mexican territory.
