FUJITAYA COMMISSION REIMBURSEMENT TO TRAVEL AGENTS

Fujitaya Queretaro pays commissions to approved travel agents (IATA registered, TIDS code) for all individual travel bookings made through PCC codes in the GDS reservation system (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo and Worldspan). Fujitaya's commission is paid per night and covers contracted, full and public rates with each travel agent as determined by the hotel.

However, breakfast packages, conference bookings, government rates, Internet-only rates and free night certificates are excluded. Commission inquiries must be made directly to Fujitaya within six months of the guest's departure.

Invoices should be sent directly to the hotel immediately after the guest's departure. Travel agencies should send the invoice to Fujitaya as indicated below, indicating the name of the guest staying at the hotel and the check-in and check-out dates. Fujitaya will check the booking history indicated on the invoice, but please note that if the booking cannot be located due to schedule changes, cancellations, etc., Fujitaya may not be able to pay the face value of the invoice.
