Is the swimming pool heated?
Yes, our swimming pool is at a warm temperature of 28°C (28 degrees Celsius) during its working hours.

When can I use the swimming pool?
You may enter the Pool Area from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, every day of the week.

Are umbrellas installed?
Yes, however, in case of strong winds, we may have to close the umbrellas for the safety of our guests, so please follow the instructions of our staff.

Do you sell swimming pool toys?
Yes, they are available at the hotel's mini-shop. However, please be patient in case they run out.

Can I eat and drink in the pool area?
Yes, you can order from the adjacent restaurant.

Can I bring food and drink to the pool area?
Yes, but you are not allowed to bring bottles or other glass containers into the pool area. Eating is also not allowed in the pool area for hygiene reasons.
