Please note the following information in order to avoid penalty charges on your reservation​.

1. If your reservation is guaranteed with a credit card, it can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date without charge, before 12:00 noon.

2. Guests may use the room after 03:00 pm. 

​

3. The latest time to enter the room (being guaranteed) is stipulated one hour before the expiration of the same (12:00 pm). 

​

4. In the event that your reservation is not guaranteed by credit card, it will be subject to availability from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival. 

​

5. In case of No Show (non-arrival) a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation including taxes will be made to the guaranteed card.  

​

6. The undersigned whose signature appears at the bottom, on behalf of myself and all persons staying here with me, release FUJITAYA HOTEL and any of its affiliated, related or associated controlling companies from all liability and any kind of claim based on any event, either while practicing sports or any other activity in pools, walkways or areas of the hotel, or for not having used due care and precaution at all times, or for not having used due care and precaution at all times, or for not having used due care and precaution at all times, or for not having used due care and precaution at all times, or for not having used due care and precaution at all times, or for failure to use due care and caution at all times, or for participating in activities operated, leased or directed by concessionaires or licensees, or for failure to observe the hotel's warnings, or attributable to alcohol or drug abuse, or in relation to money, valuables, jewelry, objects and documents that you have not deposited in the safety deposit boxes that the hotel has at the disposal of its guests in the rooms.

7. The undersigned agrees to submit to and abide by the applicable regulations governing the rules and conduct within our facilities, which are listed.

• We recommend using the safety deposit box in your room. 

​

• Rooms must be checked out at 12:00 p.m. upon departure.  

​

• We recommend that you use the safety deposit box in your room. 

​

• The hotel is not responsible for the loss of jewelry, money or other valuables in your room that are not in the safe deposit box. 

​

• It is forbidden for guests to spend the night in the room and/or make excessive use of the services of the room. 

​

• Please keep quiet after 22:00 hours. 

​

• The hotel swimming pools are for the exclusive use of guests. 

​​

• By official regulation of the Mexican Government, guests are required to wear mouth covers at all times while in public areas. 

​

• Guests are requested to dress appropriately when eating in the Restaurant and when walking in the corridors or stairways. 

​

• Pets of any kind are not allowed inside the hotel facilities. 

​

• Help us to preserve the environment, turn off lights and other electrical/electronic equipment when not in use, turn off the water faucets before leaving the room.​

​

• GENERAL LAW FOR TOBACCO CONTROL 11.- By official disposition, the Law published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 30, 2008, in Chapter I, Article 6, mentions that a 100% smoke-free space is an enclosed physical area with access to the public or any indoor work place or public transportation, in which for reasons of public order and social interest, it is prohibited to smoke, consume or have any tobacco product lighted. Chapter III, Article 26. It is prohibited for any person to consume or have lighted any tobacco product in 100% smoke-free spaces, including electronic cigarettes, whether rechargeable or disposable, tank systems, vapor pens or any other substances produced and released by any lighted or heated tobacco product comprising nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide, as well as the chemical composition that are part of tobacco smoke. In case of non-compliance with the GENERAL LAW FOR TOBACCO CONTROL in 100% smoke-free areas, non-compliance with the precepts of this Law, its regulations and other provisions emanating from it will be sanctioned administratively by the health authorities, without prejudice to the corresponding penalties when they constitute crimes, as stated in Title Seven, Sanctions Sole Chapter, Articles 45, 46, 47, I, II, III and Articles 49, 50, 51, 51, 53, 54, 55. I, II, III and Articles 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55. FUJITAYA HOTEL, will make a direct charge to your room for $3,000.00 MXN plus taxes for the cleaning and deodorization of the affected space.

• In case of leaving the water faucet open, causing damage or deterioration in the facilities or attachments of the Hotel, inside or outside your room, you will be subject to a fine of $3,000.00 MXN for the cleaning of the affected areas.

• FUJITAYA HOTEL does not make any extra charge for room service or payments with T. Credit or T. Debit. Debit. 

​

• It is forbidden to perform any act that causes damage or harm to the Hotel or other guests or conduct contrary to decorum or good social behavior. 

​

• Our establishment is committed to the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector, so any activity that involves a suspected case of sexual or labor exploitation of children and adolescents will trigger the execution of our action protocol and will respond to the law under the current regulations. By virtue of the fact that this company HOTEL FUJITAYA is a Mexican company and the services are provided in the Mexican Republic, the undersigned agrees to specifically submit to the jurisdiction or competence of the courts or authorities of the Mexican territory.
