RESERVATIONS AND ARRIVALS

What are the check-in and check-out times? 

Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is at 12:00 noon.

Can I check-in early?

Check-in time is 15:00. Early check-in (before 15:00) is only possible if rooms of the reserved room type are available. And early check-in is subject to an additional charge. Additional costs are as follows (all prices include taxes):

Room types:

  •  Biz Express, Biz Standard, The Fujitaya, The Fujiyata Executive → $200 MXN per hour.

  • Other types → $400 MXN per hour.

For check-in before noon, an additional room night will be charged as determined by the hotel.

Can I "Late check-out"?

Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Check-out is after 12:00 (noon) and is only possible if rooms are available in the room type booked. Late check-out is subject to an additional charge. Additional costs are as follows (All rates include taxes):

Room types:

  •  Biz Express, Biz Standard, The Fujitaya and The Fujiyata Executive →  $200 MXN per hour.

  • Other types → $400 MXN per hour.

For stays after 18:00, an additional night will be charged as determined by the hotel.

What is the process to make a reservation? 

  1. You can make your reservation through our website (fujitaya.mx) and selecting the "Make Reservation" button to enter your reservation details and payment method. 

  2. You can also make reservations by phone at (+52) 442 802 94 10, any day of the week and at any time of the day. We will only ask you for: dates of stay, number of people, name of owner, city or country where you are visiting us, telephone number, contact email and credit card to guarantee the reservation.  

  3. In case you prefer the option of booking by e-mail (reservas@fujitaya.mx), we will ask you for the same information as by telephone.  

  4. And there is also the option to make reservations through virtual agencies such as: "booking.com" and "expedia.com".

Is there a "One Day Pass" option? 

No, at the moment we do not have this option.

Can I arrive a few hours before check-in time? 

Yes, in case your room is not yet available, you will have access to our common areas and restaurant; while we store your luggage until we deliver your room.

Up to what age is considered a "child"? 

We consider a child up to 12 years of age, which does not generate any additional cost. And from 13 years of age onwards, we consider you as an adult at the time of booking.

Do I have to count my baby as a "child" at the time of booking? 

Yes, please kindly register the baby as a "child" as he/she is under 12 years old.

 

If you require a crib for babies under 3 years old in your room, you may request it at the time of booking, as it is subject to availability.

What is the limit of occupants per room? 

The number of occupants will depend on the type of room you wish to stay in; this information can be viewed at the time of making your reservation through our website.
